Day 1: Arrival at Bali

Arrival at Denpasar Airport. Meet and greet with our guide, then transfers to hotel for check in and relax. Overnight at selected hotel as mentioned.

Day 2: Full Day Kintamani Volcano Tour and Sunset tour of Tanah Lot

Breakfast at hotel. Morning at around 0830 am, you will be picked up at the hotel and transfer for Enjoy your Tour. We start the tour by picking you up from the hotel lobby, and spend the day visiting the Balinese villages, first stop is Batubulan Village to see exciting Barong Dance. A visit is also made to Traditional Balinese House Compound. You then have an opportunity to see three largest handicrafts in the following villages: Celuk, a village known for its Gold and Silver Smiths, Mas Village, a Woodcarving Center and Ubud Village, well known for painting either traditional or modern ones. The tour takes you further inland through terrace rice fields and up into the mountain at Kintamani, enjoy the spectacular view of Batur volcano with a ribbon of Black Lava, running down from its peak into the valley below. A stop is made for lunch (not included) at one of the local restaurant in Kintamani. Proceed to see the most stunning and photographed sunset in the island, Tanah Lot Temple, a temple by the sea. Total Duration of Tour will be 10 hr. Overnight stay at selected hotel.

Day 3: Full Day Ubud and Uluwatu Tour + Sunset cruise with Dinner.

Breakfast at hotel. Morning at around 1000 Hr, you will be picked up at the hotel and transfer for Enjoy your Tour. Our tour starts at Ubud, a region well known for its arts. You will see artists and well-known wood carvers in Mas village and painters in Batuan village. After, we proceed to Monkey Forest where you may see the hundreds of monkeys which are renown for stealing food and sunglasses from tourists, so you have to be careful around them! Finally, we travel to the southernmost point of Bali, Pura Luhur Uluwatu, 250 feet above sea level. The view out to the sea below is truly breathtaking and refreshing. Total Duration of Tour will be 8 hr.

Sunset cruise Trip Will Start from 1630 Hrs. There's no better way to spend a balmy tropical evening than on Bali Hai's evening Dinner Cruise. As the sun goes down we set off on a relaxing cruise around the harbour. Take in the cool night air on the top deck, be entertained by our live musical entertainers at the bridge deck, savour a delicious international buffet dinner, then dance the night away at our disco or enjoy our live cabret show. Total Duration of Tour will be 3 hr. Overnight stay at selected hotel.

Important notes:

  • The price is based on per person on twin sharing basis.
  • This is proposed service costing. We are not holding any confirmed airline and hotel reservations for your travel. The same is subject to availability at the time of booking. It’s possible at the time of confirmation the prices may vary.
  • The Cost of the airline ticket is quoted on specific class of the specified airlines, in case we are not able to procure the seat at similar class we will try for higher class the difference of the same will be intimated to you post booking.
  • Seat-in-coach transfers are on fixed timings.
  • The standard check-in time of the hotels are 1400 Hours and check-out time is 1200 Hours. Except Genting Highlands & Disneyland Hong Kong where check-in time is 1500 hours.
  • Goods & Service tax 5% is Excluded against the total cost of booking.
  • Airport taxes calculated @ dated 02 August 2017 per person. Any increase or decrease would charge as per actual.
  • Any increase in the exchange rate of USD/SGD/AUD/NZD (presently calculated at 1 USD @ INR 64) shall be borne by the traveler. The exchange rate of HDFC bank card rate will be applicable on the day of final payment. The foreign exchange component will be payable in INR only.
  • We are not responsible for any visa rejection and is only upto the discretion of the respective Embassy/High Commission
  • All disputes pertaining to the tour & travel conducted by the company & any claim arising there – under shall be subjected to Delhi Jurisdiction only.
  • Any un-utilized service will not be refunded.
  • Prices are valid for stated travel period and are of defined validity, any change in the dates will lead to re-costing.
  • Full payment for the tour should be made as soon as we give final confirmation of the tour.
  • Final hand over (hotel vouchers / Air tickets / Passports Etc) will be delivered only upon receiving full and final payment & duly filled & signed BTQ form by the passenger traveling.
  • Mode of payment can be any:- Credit Card, Cash, Cheque, bank deposit, online transfer, If travel date is within 07 days of final confirmation, payments will be accepted in Cash,RTGS NEFT or Credit Card only.
  • Total amount of the tour has to be paid before departure, in case of non-payment "Vacation Deal Travels" reserve the right to cancel the tour services.
  • Room type (Double or Twin) is subject to availability and sole discretion of the hotel.
  • No changes will be done after handing over all the travel documents related to the package confirmed.

Booking policy:

  • INR 5000/- PER PERSON (Total Cruise amount, if applicable)
  • Second Instalment of Full Ticket amount to be paid within 07 days from the date of booking.
  • Balance amount to be paid at the time of File Handover / Tour Confirmation.
  • Important - Booking deposit is non refundable. In case of Payment is in Cash or Cash Deposit of INR 25000/- or above, the Pan Card copy of the client is mandatory.

Cancellation policy:

  • If due to unavoidable circumstances you are required to cancel your holiday, the cancellation should be intimated to us in writing.
  • As per the Booking conditions of the holiday, we will be constrained to levy the cancellation charges as per the contract.
